Shipping Policy

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, which requires clear disclosure of delivery times and conditions prior to contract formation, and applicable US FTC regulations.

1. Shipping Regions

Valren ships to the United States and all European Union member states, as well as the United Kingdom and other European countries.

Orders shipped to the European Union or other international destinations may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Valren has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Orders placed on valrentravel.com are subject to the following estimated timeframes:

  • Order processing: 1–2 business days from payment confirmation.
  • Delivery to your address: 6–12 business days from dispatch.
  • Estimated total: 7–14 business days from order date.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, destination region, carrier conditions, weather, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond Valren's control.

In no case will delivery exceed 30 calendar days from the order confirmation date, unless the customer has been expressly informed and has agreed to a different timeframe.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time via our tracking page at valrentravel.com/apps/parcelpanel.

4. Shipping Costs

Valren offers free shipping on all orders to the United States and Europe. No minimum order value is required.

During the checkout process, applicable shipping costs (if any) will always be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

5. Order Delivery

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Valren is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and may attempt a second delivery or provide instructions for collection at a local pickup point.

If the order cannot be delivered after the carrier's attempts and is returned to origin, Valren will contact you by email. Any additional re-shipping costs caused by customer-related issues may be charged to the customer.

6. Inspection Upon Receipt

We recommend inspecting the outer and inner packaging upon receipt before signing any delivery confirmation. If the package shows visible damage, you should:

  • Note any damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.
  • Notify Valren within 48 hours by emailing support@valrentravel.com, including photos of the damaged packaging and contents.

7. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is not delivered within the maximum timeframe and tracking information is inconclusive, please contact our support team at support@valrentravel.com with your order number and tracking number.

Valren will investigate with the carrier and, as applicable, arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund.
