Orders placed on valrentravel.com are subject to the following estimated timeframes:

- Delivery to your address: 6–12 business days from dispatch.
- Estimated total: 7–14 business days from order date.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, destination region, carrier conditions, weather, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond Valren's control.
In no case will delivery exceed 30 calendar days from the order confirmation date, unless the customer has been expressly informed and has agreed to a different timeframe.
